Assignments A1 & A2 are mandatory and required for passing the course.

Note: The first two (mandatory) assignments may only be submitted in pairs of two. You may not not submit these assignments alone.

These assignments progressively cover the basics of socket programming. It is vital that you understand the concepts introduced in each assignment before starting the next one. If you spend sufficient time learning and understanding the basics, you set yourself up in a great position for the extra assignments (and with that for quite a haul of points ;).
